  • Before building your future, gently explore where you may have abandoned yourself.

  • Reconnect with your authentic self — not the version shaped by your relationship, but the version that existed before you learned to shrink, overgive, or silence your needs.

  • Notice the ways you may have let yourself go — your voice, your boundaries, your desires.

  • Slow down. Come back to the present moment. Begin learning to be with yourself instead of escaping into the past or anxiously rushing toward the future.

  • Identify your top values.

Week 2 – Nervous-System Repatterning

Theme: Feeling Safe to Move Forward

  • Learn how your body holds onto emotional pain and stress.

  • Rewire your responses from fear-based to calm confidence.

  • Practice polyvagal-informed tools for safety and balance.

  • Exercises: Body Mapping • Breathwork • Daily Safety Anchor Rituals.

  • Meet your inner child and reconnect with the part of you that once felt free, worthy, and whole.

Week 3 – Understanding Your Attachment Style

Theme: Building Security From Within

  • The four main attachment styles: Secure, Anxious, Avoidant, and Fearful-Avoidant.

  • How your attachment style may show up in dating, communication, and conflict.

  • The emotional needs driving each attachment type.

  • Steps to move toward a more secure and balanced connection with yourself and others.

Week 4 – Rewriting Limiting Beliefs & Expanding Possibility

  • Recognize recurring thoughts and beliefs that keep you small.
